Tips for Improving Cardiovascular Strength

Improving Cardiovascular Strength

  • Aerobic Exercise – Aerobic exercises, or cardio, are exercises that are designed to make you break a sweat and raise your heart rate. Cardio exercises improve your circulation and lower your blood pressure. Moderate intensity exercises like walking can help get the blood pumping to strengthen your heart.
  • Strength Training – Strength or resistance training is another fantastic way to improve your heart health. When combined with cardio, strength training can lower bad cholesterol, raise good cholesterol, and reduce your heart attack risk. Strength training can help you tone up your body and keep your heart in top shape.
