License the Fit in Your GENES® program.

Full program licensing under our Precision Practice Business Solution™. This is what an established cardiology practice signs up for when they’re ready to add integrative cardiology as a complete service line.

LICENSING

What you’re licensing

The Fit in Your GENES® program is a branded, evidence-based integrative cardiology program delivered to your patients through your practice. The license includes the program structure, clinical protocols, patient-facing materials, and the right to deliver it under your practice’s brand. Implementation, operational support, and KPI tracking are provided under the Management Services Agreement.

OPERATIONS

What’s included in the MSA

Operational setup, technology stack integration, physician training on protocols, ongoing clinical and operational support, KPI dashboards, outcomes reporting, and access to the Heartwell ecosystem (Academy + Heartwell.ai) for the practice team. Onboarding is 30 days for small practices, 60–90 days for larger groups.

REVENUE

The revenue logic

Practices typically see meaningful revenue uplift from their existing patient panel within the first year. The model works across concierge, direct-pay, and insurance-based practice structures. Most practices position the program as Concierge 2.0 — patients choose the program based on value, not insurance network. Specific revenue projections vary by practice size, market, and existing patient demographics, and are reviewed during the discovery call.

Who Path 1 is for

Established cardiology practices (typically 2+ clinicians, though solo practices in the right market work too) with an existing patient panel, a physical location with community ties, and practice leadership ready to commit to an integrative service line. GRADUATION

The graduation path to Path 1

Many practices start with Path 2 before deciding whether to license the full Fit in Your GENES® program. That’s a feature, not a bug. The Academy gives clinicians the methodology fluency. Heartwell.ai shows the patient outcomes the methodology produces. After 6–12 months, the practice has clear evidence about whether the GENES® licensing model is the right next step. If it is, the Path 1 conversation is much shorter because your team is already trained.
