Will I get medical advice on this call?+
No. This is a discovery call, not a medical consultation. AnnMarie and Mary Joy are here to understand your situation, explain how Dr. Druz’s approach works, and help you decide whether HHC is the right fit. Clinical interpretation of your results, diagnoses, and treatment recommendations are provided in a formal visit, which you can schedule at the end of your discovery call.
Do I need a referral?+
No referral is required. Most of our patients self-refer — often after a concerning lab result, after feeling dismissed by a conventional cardiologist, or because they have a strong family history and want to get ahead of it.
Who will I be speaking with?+
You’ll speak with either AnnMarie, our functional medicine nurse and Patient Success Manager, or Mary Joy, our Patient Concierge. Both are deeply familiar with Dr. Druz’s clinical approach. They participate in an intake and coordination capacity on this call — not providing clinical care.
What should I have ready for the call?+
Nothing is required. If you have recent lab results — a lipid panel, blood pressure readings, or advanced markers like Lp(a), ApoB, hs-CRP, or a CAC score — having them handy can help you describe your situation. They won’t be interpreted clinically on this call.
What happens if I’m not a good fit?+
We’ll tell you honestly. If Dr. Druz’s approach isn’t the right match, we’ll say so — and if we can point you in a better direction, we will. We do not hard-sell anyone into care they don’t need.
I’m not in New York. Can I still schedule a call?+
Yes. The free discovery call is available to anyone, regardless of location. Dr. Druz consults remotely with patients across the country, and telehealth visits are available in most states.
