Registered Nurse · Clinical Care Coordination
Brings clinical nursing expertise to the HHC patient care team, specializing in cardiovascular care coordination and patient navigation. Works directly with Dr. Druz to ensure each care plan is implemented with precision, continuity, and compassionate support.

Patient Communications & Scheduling
