◆ INDIVIDUAL PROGRAM

Fit in Your GENES® — a program built around your biology, not a protocol.

A genomically guided, root-cause program built around your biology — not a one-size-fits-all protocol.

Fit in Your GENES® is Holistic Heart Centers’ signature precision medicine program. Using advanced genetic and biomarker profiling, Dr. Druz and the HHC team identify the specific biological drivers of your cardiovascular and metabolic risk — then build and monitor a personalized protocol to address them. Your program is built on four clinical pillars that address ten root cause domains.

THE iHEARTWELL ROOT-CAUSE FRAMEWORK

Ten root-cause domains. One personalized map.

Your cardiovascular risk is not inevitable — it is shaped by the interaction between your genetics and your environment, lifestyle, and biology. iHEARTWELL covers the ten root-cause domains that drive cardiovascular and metabolic disease. Tap a domain to see its clinical focus and the pillar that addresses it; every patient’s program is built from their specific pattern.

Pillar 4: Longevity

Your program is built around four clinical pillars

The four pillars are not separate programs — they are entry points into the same precision-medicine framework, each with a distinct clinical emphasis. Dr. Druz determines the recommended pillars based on your consultation and diagnostic data.

PILLAR 1

Cardiovascular Core

Comprehensive Cardiovascular Risk Reduction & Lipid Optimization

Advanced lipid fractionation & Lp(a)Inflammation & oxidative stressEndothelial function & arterial stiffnessBlood pressure optimizationCoronary artery calcium score interpretationVascular aging & atherosclerosis prevention
Best for

Patients with known cardiovascular risk, elevated calcium score, CAD, hypertension, or high cholesterol — the recommended starting point for most new patients.

PILLAR 2

Hormonal Optimization

Adrenal, Thyroid & Women’s and Men’s Hormonal Balance

Full thyroid panelSex hormones (estrogen, testosterone, DHEA)Adrenal function & cortisol rhythmPerimenopause, menopause & cardiovascular riskPCOS & cardiometabolic riskHormonal drivers of weight loss resistance
Best for

Patients with hormonal transitions (perimenopause, menopause, andropause), thyroid dysfunction, PCOS, adrenal dysregulation, or unexplained cardiovascular symptoms with a hormonal component.

PILLAR 3

Metabolic Flexibility & Body Composition

Insulin Resistance, Visceral & Ectopic Fat, Bone & Muscle Health

Insulin resistance & metabolic flexibility (Lumen-guided)Visceral fat & pericardial adiposity reductionBody composition: fat loss & lean mass protectionBone density & skeletal healthGLP-1 therapy integration (if applicable)
Best for

Patients with metabolic syndrome, insulin resistance, prediabetes, obesity, weight loss resistance, or those on or considering GLP-1 therapy.

PILLAR 4

Longevity

Cardiovascular Longevity Optimization & Biological Age Reversal

Epigenetic biological age assessmentTelomere length & methylation rateOrgan age profilingMitochondrial & cellular healthSarcopenia preventionEnvironmental toxin & exposome mappingLongevity-oriented supplement protocol
Best for

Patients prioritizing biological age optimization, comprehensive cardiovascular longevity, or those with family history of early vascular disease or age-related decline.

How the program works — three phases

Phase 1

Explore

Initial consultation with Dr. Druz. Review of your history, symptoms, risk factors, and goals. Identification of which iHEARTWELL domains are most active in your case.

Phase 2

Deep-Dive

Advanced biomarker testing tailored to your pillar — labs, imaging, genetic panels, hormone cascade, metabolic flexibility, and inflammatory markers, all interpreted in the context of your profile.

How to enroll — 90 days or 12 months

Both options use the same precision-medicine framework. Patients who start with a 90-day plan may continue into the full-term program at any time.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Fit in Your GENES®, answered.

01What does Fit in Your GENES® mean?+
The name reflects the program’s foundation: your cardiovascular and metabolic risk is not fixed — it is shaped by the interaction between your genetics (GENES) and your environment, lifestyle, and biology. The program uses genomic and advanced biomarker data to identify those drivers and build a protocol specific to your biology.
02What is the difference between the four pillars?+
The four pillars — Cardiovascular Core, Hormonal Optimization, Metabolic Flexibility & Body Composition, and Longevity — are different entry points into the same comprehensive framework. Pillar 1 focuses on cardiovascular risk reduction, with a 90-day foundational option. Pillar 2 addresses hormonal optimization. Pillar 3 focuses on metabolic flexibility and body composition, including GLP-1 integration if applicable. Pillar 4 is the full longevity and biological-age program. The comprehensive program is typically 12 months, addressing all four pillars.
03Can I start with the 90-day plan and continue?+
Yes. The 90-day plan is a foundational entry point that stands alone or transitions into the full-term 12-month membership. Patients who start with 90 days can continue into the comprehensive program at any time. The clinical framework is the same — the difference is the scope of follow-up testing, extended support, and program discounts.
04Does the program work with my existing cardiologist or primary care doctor?+
Yes. HHC programs are designed to complement, not replace, your existing care team. Dr. Druz will coordinate with your cardiologist, PCP, or specialist as needed, and you receive documentation of all findings and protocol changes for your records.
05Is the program covered by insurance?+
HHC is a cash-pay integrative cardiology practice. We provide a detailed superbill after each visit for out-of-network reimbursement. HeartWell Toolkit testing and physician services are typically eligible for FSA and HSA reimbursement. Confirm coverage details with your plan.
06How do I know which program is right for me?+
The best starting point is a free Heart Health Strategy call with our team. Following your initial consultation with Dr. Druz, you’ll receive a Program Recommendation Note identifying the appropriate pillars and enrollment option for your clinical profile.
